Although Kuttanad and I are familiar friends—I’ve wandered through its scenic landscapes many times—this was my first time venturing so close to the terminal.

I arrived just before 8:00 a.m., greeted by a sun already high and bright, casting a radiant glow over everything in sight. This early light transformed the landscape, intensifying contrasts and making the simplest details feel strikingly vivid. The terminal’s minimalist black-and-white design stood out against the warm morning light, lending a timeless quality to each frame I captured.
